The Lighthouse consists of two identical houses that are reverse floor plans. They are called The Lighthouse because they are designed after a classic beach house, complete with a crow's nest on the 4th story with spectacular views of the Baylor campus. The 1st and 3rd stories have spacious bedrooms each with their own walk-in closets and private baths, and porches for hanging out and enjoying the views. The 2nd story is open and includes the kitchen with a large granite counter accommodating at least 10 bar stools; a large living area; and two French doors leading to a deck that spans the entire front of the house. Entries are on the 2nd floor, from the front and the back. The back door opens into a mud-room with the laundry room off to the side. All parking is in the back of the property, protected by an electric gate; each resident has his or her own parking space.

Amenities include porches on all three stories; granite countertops in the kitchen; 2 refrigerator/freezers and 2 pantries; and a 2nd story guest bath to accommodate all the visitors who will want to hang out at this palace. The single best amenity may be the crow's nest on the 4th story. Each house has scored and stained concrete floors that resemble large granite slabs, and faux wood plank floors (there is not a single square foot of carpet in the entire house). All windows are treated with faux wood blinds. The house comes with an alarm system that can be monitored remotely and has two separate keypads so the ground floor can be armed separately from the rest of the house. Security and safety are well provided for in these houses.

All of this and when you exit the house, you are just a short 3-block walk to the Baylor campus.
