TTM Rentals has built 10 houses around the Baylor campus, between 7th and 11th. The first was constructed in 2007. The Lighthouses are the last two built and the only ones currently owned. They are also two of the best houses available for students to live in while attending Baylor.
They are 2-4 story houses, each with 7 bedrooms and 7 1/2 baths. The 4th story is a crow's nest with views of the Baylor campus. There are 14 parking spaces in the back with an electric gate for security. Each house has it's own security system and Ring doorbells..
The houses are managed by the owner. When they are turned over, they are cleaned and painted to attempt to make them look brand new each time. Any and all maintenance needs are dealt with professionalism and urgency.
